Sanders is responsible for acquisitions, entitlements, due diligence, and construction management at Stono Group.
A key contributor to Sanders’ process-oriented skillset is his ability to accurately budget for projects, understand the expectations of municipalities, and lead our team of contractors, architects, attorneys, lenders, etc. through a successful project.
Prior to starting the firm, he was with Twin Rivers Capital in Charleston, SC as their Development Manager, focused on developing retail centers and single tenant net leased properties for clients such as Family Dollar, 7-Eleven, and McDonalds. He has previously held roles with The Durban Group and Stewart Engineering.
Sanders is from Pawleys Island, South Carolina and graduated from the Clemson University with a Bachelors Degree in Landscape Architecture.
